Rosemount, Aberdeen – Full Refurbishment Project
The APP team has been hard at work over the past few months, completing our largest refurbishment project to date for a valued client in the Rosemount area of Aberdeen City Centre.
Aberdeen Harbour – Perimeter Fencing
This project offered something a little different for the APP team — replacing more than 70 metres of perimeter fencing for an oil services client in Aberdeen Harbour.
Johnshaven Cottage Refurbishment
This comprehensive refurbishment project involved a full internal strip-out and the installation of new structural and insulation systems. Key upgrades included the integration of new steel sections to support the building’s framework, as well as extensive waterproofing of soil-retaining areas to enhance durability and prevent moisture ingress.
Mid-Terraced Home Refurbishment – Flood Recovery
This project involved the removal of a load-bearing partition to open up the existing layout and create a spacious, light-filled open-plan kitchen and living area. A contemporary kitchen was installed, featuring a central island unit that serves as both a functional workspace and a social hub.

Stonehaven Sash & Case Window Restoration
This comprehensive restoration project involved a full internal strip-out and the installation of high-performance insulation to improve energy efficiency. Structural enhancements included new steel sections and extensive waterproofing works to all soil-retaining areas, ensuring long-term durability.
Aberdeen City Centre – 3no Commercial Unit
The APP team have recently completed this city centre 3no commercial unit programme of refurbishment works. These have been future proofed providing an excellent small business opportunity.
Stonehaven – Pinky Promise
APP were delighted to be the principal contractor with this project within the heart of Stonehaven town centre.
Pitfodels – Penetrating Damp
Penetrating damp issues to the lower wall areas were resolved in conjunction with wet rot affected floor joists being fully replaced with Grade C16 timbers.
