The company have just finished work in my kitchen following damage from a water leak which involved flooring, walls and kichen units. I contacted Gary to get a second opinion on a damp survey that had been requested, by our mortgage company, when we were purchasing our new (very old!) home.

From that very first email correspondence I knew that I was dealing with an extremely knowledgeable and professional outfit in Aberdeen Property Preservation. Gary responded quickly to my initial enquiry; the survey visit was conducted and a full report issued to us promptly.

The work began within the week and was expertly carried out by Derek and Kane. This could have been a stressful undertaking, given that we are living in the property with two young children. However, it was anything but! The lads were cheerful and polite and we enjoyed having them about the house.

Gary and his team did a great job treating the rotten floor joists in my property.
